Once again, two brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee from Double Dragon need to wake up to save the world. This time, returning from a trip, they meet a fortune teller who tells them that they need to collect three "Rosetta Stones" scattered around the world. And, in the end, defeat evil. To do this, they need to wake up to go to many recognizable places in the world, and give cuffs everywhere along the way.
