Many people consider golf to be boring and forgivable. In all previous golf simulators, the creators tried to make exact copies of players, courts, imitation of the wind, etc. The developers of Hot Shots Golf took a different path - they decided to make golf accessible, fun and sometimes even funny. The "core" of the game differs little from other imitations. A similar control scheme, a set of options, strokes, etc. However, further differences begin. At the start, only two players and only one site are available to you. Of course, there are many other characters and courses, but they become available only after successfully completing a course of more than 18 holes. There are also "Experience Points" in the game, which can be obtained for winning a tournament, as well as for a successful game. Collect enough points, you can go to a more difficult track. Thus, there is a reason to learn to play and play better.

The characters are made in the genre of animation, look very funny, cheerfully rejoice at successful hits, bitterly experience mistakes. And everyone rejoices and grieves in his own way. But at the same time they play golf well.

An important element is a mini-game (Mini-Golf), where you can practice well playing on the green, and also get a special bonus if you complete all five courses.
