There is no plot as such in the game, the whole gameplay is reduced to a player's duel against computer characters. There are three (A - 1 outlaw, B - 2 outlaws, C - gang) game options. The first is a 1x1 duel - the enemy appears on the screen, and two time counters appear at the top of the screen. After starting the first counter, the player must shoot at the opponent, while the second counter shows how long it will take for the opponent to shoot. If the player's shot sounds before the counter starts or if the player does not fit into the allotted time, then he loses one game life out of three, after the loss of which the game ends. Each enemy can be allocated from 0.4 to 1.6 seconds.

Game B practically copies the first, but with the exception that the player is confronted each time by two enemies, each with its own counter of the time allotted to the player for a well-aimed shot. At the bottom of the screen, the earned bonus points (the number of which depends on how quickly the enemy is defeated), the number of game lives, the number of battles won and, for each bandit that appears on the screen, the maximum number of possible bonus points (depends on the difficulty of the enemy) are also displayed.

The third version of the game looks somewhat different - the screen depicts a typical Western saloon with four windows and one door. In the windows and the front door, bandits appear in turn, in which it is necessary to have time to get into. The time allotted for the shot is not displayed here. Enemies appear in gangs of 10 people each. For each gang, the player is assigned 15 shots, the rest of which is displayed in the lower left part of the screen.

The game appeared on arcade machines and the NES almost simultaneously. Both versions are identical to each other. Decorated by Wild Gunman in cartoon western style. When hitting some of the bandits, trousers and hats fall off. There is no blood in the game.
