This game has been adapted for SNES from the PC Engine platform. It is far from the usual RPG and adds a lot of innovation, unlike many other games of this genre. The graphics are a little outdated for 1992, but still well done. The best part of the game is the battles. There are various animations that change depending on the attack and weapon you are using. Music is implemented at a decent level. The game has elements of strategy and tactics. We have five team members. Two soldiers, and the rest, three - the commander, the doctor and the mechanic. You need to effectively allocate skills depending on the situation and position in which you are. During combat, your MECH can switch weapons and use special devices such as rockets, grenades, bombs, etc. The range of each weapon is different. The most interesting thing is that in order to acquire new weapons and other devices of your MECH, you need to (no, go to the store, as most role-playing games offer, if you think about it) analyze the wreckage of some enemies after the battle. This is a really interesting and original way. And most importantly, it fits perfectly into the game mode, making it more believable. Cyber Knight is quite a deep and complex game in terms of character abilities. Their MECH can have many weapons, but not all of them are useful against some enemies. So you have to experiment a lot, the upgrade depends on many factors, and not only will it be the effectiveness or inefficiency of a certain type of weapon. Great game for true fans of the genre. It is implemented, of course, not without flaws, but there are much more positive aspects in it. Add here that there is an English translation for it and you will get a very significant plus to play it. An exclusive and more worthy continuation of this project was released on Snes, so the game has earned a number of its fans, I also recommend our compatriots to keep up.
