Added Alfred Airhawk (Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 Hidden Boss) as a playable character, and includes a new final boss. (not selectable) named White (based on the character of Alexander "Alex" DeLarge from A Clockwork Orange).
The story in this version centers on Billy Kane's brainwashing at the hands of White and his attempt to dominate the Southtown underworld after the power vacuum left after Geese's death in the first Real Bout. In this version, Geese has a halo over his head, a reference to his death in the first Real Bout. Dominated Mind also features new moves, unlockable super moves, super canceling (known in the game as "Final Impacts"), and the removal of the three-plane system.
